Wayne started his insurance career in 1981, earning him 25 years experience in the insurance industry. He became a partner in Tilton, Thomas & Morgan in 1989 and president of the company in 1998. Wayne is a very active member of the Missouri Association of Independent Agents, serving on the executive board for the past six years and as president in 2004-05.Wayne was the first St. Joseph Agent to preside over the association in the past 70 years.

Ameri-Pac is celebrating its twenty-fifth year in business, and Tilton, Thomas & Morgan Insurance Inc. has insured us for over twenty of those years. Why have we worked with TTM for over two decaces? Because we trust Wayne Morgan and his qualified staff to help us decide the type and amount of insurance coverage that we need. Ameri-Pac now has four plants in St. Joseph, and TTM has negotiated with insurance providers to supply us with property, liability and excess liability, workers compensation, mechanical breakdown, and auto coverage for all our facilities.
